The ability to help our clients expand nationally is another reason why our clients love working with us. We have alliances around the country that we work closely with to ensure that the construction process is as smooth as it would be if our internal team were there on the ground. With a systemised communication platform this enables us to closely monitor progress and report to our clients regularly which allows them the comfort that their interstate projects are progressing on time.
Full End Fitout Service
This is our specialty, when we have full control of the project is when the magic happens. Taking it from the tender stage to council approval or certification, we then “break ground’ and really get the project taking shape, all the way from concept to completion. Being specialists in the industry, we understand the unique challenges associated with these fit-outs and have processes in place to avoid delays and unexpected costs. We pride ourselves on providing valuable feedback and information from the outset.
Design & Construction
If you are looking for a full turn key solution, we have this available for you. We work closely with some of the best architects and designers which allows FFG to provide you with the confidence that your empty tenancy will be transformed into an efficient, customer drawing and engaging space. Another reason our clients partner with FFG is we are able to work alongside your appointed designer to help provide “best bang for buck” feedback when it comes to fitouts to ensure your dollars are being stretched and spent to their highest value.
Project Management
This goes hand in hand with a Full End Fitout Service. Successful deliveries rely on the planning, communication and attention to detail our internal project management team excel in. We have invested time and money to create processes that make the construction phase run like a well oiled machine. The success of a project relies on successful project management.
All building Compliances
Although this may be a small component of the whole process, it is one of the most important. Without the correct understanding of this process you could left with huge delays and massive costs such as rework and paying rent whilst not trading. We handle this process for many of our clients in states around the country. If you are not experienced or educated in this space, our advice is to get in touch with FFG to take the responsibility and uncertainty out of this for you.
Investing in tomorrow
Shop-fitting technology and processes are constantly improving, so we continue to invest heavily in our Sydney-based manufacturing facility. This includes recently implementing NEXVIA project management software. Australian developed and owned, NEXVIA is an industryleading system that offers full transparency at every stage of your project. It allows fitouts to be monitored in real-time, 24/7, including access to progress photographs, videos and progress updates.
Our in-house equipment includes:
