FFG adheres to all Australian Building Codes and OH&S guidelines, while meeting the latest installation requirements for Australia’s major shopping centre and retail groups.

John Bachtis

CEO & Founder

Motivated. Loyal. Fun. John’s career began as a tradie, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the key drivers, and challenges, of successful projects. Always curious, always learning, the then used this knowledge to build the FFG business from the ground up. John is passionate about providing the highest level of service for our clients, and takes pride in being able to provide solutions quickly and efficiently.

Nick Bachtis

Project Manager, CAD Designer

Nick loves taking what his clients see in concept drawings, and turning them into a physical reality. Always looking to grow his knowledge of the shop fitting industry, he holds a Diploma in Business Management and is currently studying a Diploma in Project Management and Construction Management. Away from work you’ll most likely find Nick spending time at home with his family. Or at the gym.

George Bachtis

Production Manager

George leads the day-to-day operation of our Sydney production facility. A cabinet maker by trade, he’s passionate about producing quality joinery and helping our team deliver every FFG project on time with zero defects. A committed family man, George also our first aid officer.

Shana Connellan

Projects Administrator

Shana brings outstanding organisational skills and a happy ‘can do’ attitude to the FFG team, which she describes as her second family. She loves her job, especially working alongside our clients as their project goes from plans on paper to a finished product. When she’s not in the office you’re likely to find Shana spending time with her family or at the beach.

Gino Abbaticchio

Senior Project Manager

Gino has an extensive background in the construction industry as a qualified Carpenter & Joiner, Builder and Qualified Supervisor. He is also recently Certified as a Building Practitioner. Gino enjoys the diversity in the projects we produce and build, as well as the team work and people he gets to work alongside with at FFG. Outside of work you will find Gino either in his Man Cave or with his dachshunds.
