John Bachtis
CEO & Founder
Motivated. Loyal. Fun. John’s career began as a tradie, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the key drivers, and challenges, of successful projects. Always curious, always learning, he then used this knowledge to build the FFG business from the ground UP. John is passionate about providing the highest evel of service for our clients, and takes pride in being able to provide solutions quickly and efficiently. He finds it especially humbling to see the growing FFG team work seamlessly together when the pressure is on and a situation calls for that extra push to get things done. Away from work, if he isn’t spending time with his wife and two daughters, chances are John is learning something new as he continues on his entrepreneurial journey.

With over 10 years’ experience, Nick takes pride in bringing design ideas to life in a way that is both functional, visually striking and built to stand the test of time. At the core of his work is the commitment to delivering a

Production Manager
Hard working. Family oriented. Driven. George leads the day-to-day operation of our Sydney production facility. A cabinet maker by trade, he’s passionate about producing quality joinery and helping our team deliver every FFG project on time with zero defects. A committed family man, George also our first aid officer.

Michael Perez
Friendly. Ambitious. Persistent. Michael is based in Victorian and manages all our projects there, he provides a high level Project Management Service. He loves problem solving, delivering exceptional fit outs and continuing to add value, travel, connection and learning. When he is not busy working, he likes to fly planes and practice yoga.

She holds a Diploma in Accounting and is currently studying a Diploma in Business. With certificates in business administration, frontline management, government, and project management practice to name a few. Away from work you’ll find gardening, volunteering or taking her pup Benny for walks.

Bubbly. Innovative. Diligent. Shana brings outstanding organisational skills and a happy ‘can do’ attitude to the FFG team, which she describes as her second family. She loves her job, especially working alongside our clients as their project goes from plans on paper to a finished product. He liaises with other team members, subcontractors and clients to bring concept designs to reality. Nathaniel has a keen eye for the finer details and likes to go that extra mile to assure client satisfaction upon construction completion. When Nathaniel’s not on site, you can find him playing competitive footy and hanging out with friends.
